| Median | 68 |
Roofs by Premier scores 50 out of 100, below the Spokane Roofing median of 68. Biggest gap: Google Business Profile, 0 of 15 points.
What to fix first, and why
Roofs by Premier has no Google Business Profile, and that single gap explains everything else: no map presence means the business is invisible where most local roofing searches end. The site also carries no LocalBusiness structured data, so Google can't read its hours, services, or service area — and defaults to listings that do include it. Homepage load speed on mobile crosses Google's poor threshold, which compounds the visibility problem. The one bright spot is real: the title and meta description both name Spokane, which is a signal worth keeping. The first fix is specific — claim or create a profile at business.google.com and verify it by postcard or phone call.

No Google Business Profile found.
The fix: Claim or create a Google Business Profile at business.google.com. Verify by postcard or phone.
Why it matters · for your developerFor your developer
Without a profile there's no map listing, and most local searches end on the map. This is the biggest single gap a local business can have.
Google Business Profile. No Google Business Profile found: Without a GBP, the business cannot appear in the local pack — the single biggest local-SEO miss.
The site's structured data doesn't describe a local business.
The fix: Add a LocalBusiness or category-specific subtype (Restaurant, Dentist, etc.) entity with full NAP.
Why it matters · for your developerFor your developer
LocalBusiness structured data spells out the hours, services and service area for Google. Without it, Google leans on the listings that do.
Business info for Google. No LocalBusiness schema: JSON-LD is present but no LocalBusiness (or subtype) entity is declared. Local pack ranking relies on this.
Next3
9 of 15 images on the homepage have no text description.
The fix: Audit content images and add descriptive alt text. Use empty alt='' only for decorative images.
Why it matters · for your developer
Alt text tells Google and screen readers what an image shows. Without it, those images add little in image search.
Page basics. 9 of 15 images missing alt text: Image alt coverage is below 70%.

The homepage has more than one main heading.
The fix: Keep only one H1; convert the rest to H2/H3 as appropriate.
Why it matters · for your developer
Several H1s blur the page's topic. One clear heading tells Google what to rank the page for.
Page basics. Multiple H1 tags (3): Multiple H1s dilute heading hierarchy and confuse crawlers.
Google's own page checklist flags issues.
The fix: Review the PSI report for failing audits: title presence, meta description, crawlable links, valid hreflang.
Why it matters · for your developer
Google's Lighthouse test runs an SEO checklist on every page. The failing items are straightforward points to collect.
Speed & Google checklist. Lighthouse SEO score below 90: Lighthouse SEO checks failing — score is 85/100.
